Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 4, 2026

Vestivra is operated by Teralvra LLC (“Vestivra,” “Teralvra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit the public Vestivra website at vestivra.com and use features available through that website.

This Privacy Policy applies to the public Vestivra website only. Use of the authenticated Vestivra application at app.vestivra.com is subject to separate customer agreements, data-handling terms, and applicable policies.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you submit a Request a Demo form, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Work email address
  • Role, if provided
  • Message or other information you choose to provide

If you submit a privacy request, we may collect the information reasonably necessary to understand, verify, and respond to that request.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, borrower information, loan information, title packages, account credentials, or other sensitive or client-confidential information through the public website forms. The public website is not designed to collect sensitive personal information.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting and security infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information, such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device information
  • Date and time of requests
  • Pages or resources requested
  • Security, diagnostic, and error information

We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the website.

Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Our Request a Demo and Privacy Request forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to distinguish people from automated traffic and to prevent spam and abuse. When a form page loads, Turnstile may process technical security signals, such as your IP address, browser and User-Agent information, TLS and device-related signals, and the website’s Turnstile site key and origin.

Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies as part of its challenge platform. Cloudflare may also process these signals to improve Turnstile’s bot-detection capabilities. Cloudflare describes its handling of this information in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

How We Use Information

We may use personal information collected through the public website to:

  • Respond to demo requests and business inquiries
  • Communicate about Vestivra and evaluate potential business relationships
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website
  • Prevent spam, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity
  • Maintain records of communications and requests
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations
  • Protect the rights, security, and integrity of Vestivra, Teralvra, our users, and others

We do not use information submitted through the public website to make automated decisions about consumers, borrowers, loans, or title matters.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, infrastructure, security, form processing, communications, or similar operational services.

Cloudflare provides bot protection for our website forms and may process technical security signals as described in “Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile),” including to improve Turnstile’s bot-detection capabilities.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, governmental requests, protect legal rights or security, investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not use the public Vestivra website for third-party behavioral advertising.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Vestivra does not use advertising cookies on the public website.

We may use cookies or similar technologies that are reasonably necessary to operate the website, maintain security, prevent abuse, process forms, or provide requested functionality.

On our form pages, Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies as part of Cloudflare’s challenge platform to help detect and prevent automated abuse. See “Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).”

If we later introduce analytics or other technologies that materially change these practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including business, security, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes.

Demo-request and related business-inquiry records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the most recent interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an ongoing business relationship, legal obligation, dispute, investigation, or other legitimate purpose.

Technical and security logs may be retained for shorter operational or security periods.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we take appropriate steps to delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Microsoft Azure platform controls where applicable to Vestivra-hosted systems.

No method of transmission, storage, or security can guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to:

  • Request access to personal information we maintain about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of personal information
  • Obtain information about how personal information is used or disclosed
  • Exercise applicable privacy rights without unlawful discrimination

Because Vestivra does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not currently provide a sale or sharing opt-out mechanism.

To submit a privacy request, use the Privacy Request form available at: vestivra.com/privacy-request/

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect personal information from unauthorized disclosure. We will not request more information than reasonably necessary to process the request.

California Privacy

This section supplements this Privacy Policy for California residents, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”).

Categories We Collect

Through the public website, we collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers, such as name, email address, and IP address
  • Professional or employment-related information, such as company and role
  • Internet or other electronic network activity, such as browser information, device and connection signals used for security and bot protection, and request logs
  • Information you choose to provide in a message or privacy request

We collect this information directly from you and automatically from your browser or device, for the business purposes described in “How We Use Information.” We disclose it only as described in “How We Disclose Information,” and retain it as described in “Data Retention.”

No Sale or Sharing

Vestivra does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16. For this reason, we do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.

Sensitive Personal Information

The public website is not designed to collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require offering a right to limit. For this reason, we do not offer a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link.

Your California Rights

Subject to the CCPA, California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information we have collected about them, and may exercise these rights without discrimination.

To submit a request, use the Privacy Request form. We will verify your request using information you provide. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent’s authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the website does not currently respond to them.

The public website does not track visitors over time and across third-party websites. We do not use the public website for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly permit third parties to use information collected through the public website for advertising or behavioral profiling across unrelated websites or services. Security providers such as Cloudflare may process technical information as described in “Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)” to provide and improve security and abuse-prevention services.

Children’s Privacy

The Vestivra website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information through the public website from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Third-Party Websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Vestivra is not responsible for those practices.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, technology, or legal obligations change.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through additional notice where appropriate or required.
